From its humble beginnings more than 22 years ago as a standalone office to today, the Ray White Aspley Group has forged a path of continuous improvement. With almost 1,000 offices and more than 12,000 members, Ray White provides market-leading back end support and technology and now sells one in eight properties across the country.

In late 2020, Ray White Newport became the fifth office to open in the Aspley Group, growing rapidly with the support of co-directors Paul Hodkinson and Robert Green and shareholders Angela Duncan, Dwight Colbert, Stephanie Williams and Jessica Culling. This team ownership structure epitomises the Aspley Group’s concept of family and is an option that’s ultimately open to all qualifying team members, underpinning further growth in the group.

With a median house price in the low to mid $900 bracket, this premium waterfront community of Newport is located around 30km north northeast of Brisbane at the northernmost end of the Redcliffe Peninsula. With a mixture of both dry blocks and canal blocks, it is situated close to beaches, walking paths and cycleways, the closest train station is just six minutes drive away in Kippa-Ring offering a direct line into the city.
